Observers may listen to the discussion and follow the agenda but do not participate in debate unless they are scheduled as a delegation. \nIf meeting dates or times change\, updates will be posted at the RM Office. \nDelegations \nResidents\, businesses\, or organizations wishing to speak directly to Council may request to appear as a delegation. \nTo be added to the agenda: \n\nSubmit a written\, legible request to the RM Office no later than the Wednesday before the meeting.\nDelegations may include up to four representatives.\nPresentations are limited to 15 minutes.\n\nDelegations provide an opportunity to share information\, raise concerns\, or request action from Council. Council may ask questions for clarification but typically makes decisions later in the meeting. \nSubmitting Information to Council \nAll correspondence submitted to Council becomes part of the official meeting record and is public.\nTo be included on the agenda\, materials must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
