Wawota Transfer Station Regulations – Town of Wawota RM of Walpole No. 92, RM of Wawken No. 93

Only residents and landowners of the Town of Wawota, RM of Walpole #92, and the RM of Wawken #93 are allowed to use the Wawota Transfer Station.

The Transfer Station Gate Attendant is required to determine what items are entering the site, if a fee is required, and which municipality the items are coming from.

All users must record the following information in the Transfer Station log book: Print & sign name, the Municipality the user resides or owns property, the waste being disposed, and the amount charged for disposal. Waste disposal charges must be paid in full before permission is given to dump. Cheques are to be made payable to the Town of Wawota. Receipts are available on request.

Town of Wawota residents or landowners will dispose their waste in the designated bin. RM of Walpole No. 92 and RM of Wawken No. 93 residents and landowners will dispose their waste in a shared designated bin.

Recycle Bin

Only RM of Walpole No. 92 and RM of Wawken No. 93 residents and landowners are allowed to use the recycle bin. All recycled material must be placed in the bin loosely. No bags allowed in the bin.
