Commissioner for Oaths
A Commissioner for Oaths is authorized to administer and witness the swearing of oaths or solemn affirmations for legal documents such as affidavits and statutory declarations.
Please note: Commissioners for Oaths do not certify the truthfulness of the statements contained within the documents—they simply witness the declaration.
Notary Public
Notary Public services are also available for documents requiring official notarization, including certified copies, statutory declarations, and other legal paperwork.
Notaries are authorized to verify identities, witness signatures, and apply a notarial seal where required.
